The Lecture

Organizational culture is the set of values, habits and customs of an organization. But if before its role was to support in a more reactive way a company’s ecosystem, now it occupies a decisive position for businesses. Industries, business models and mindsets are transforming increasingly fast thanks to technology advancements. It became hard to implement changes and adapt to new realities, but to keep the modus operandi is even worse. In her presentation KES curator and COO, Daphne Diamond, shows how organizational culture is much more than a playbook with do’s and don’ts. She explains how to transform these set of habits and values into a powerful development tool, so that leaders and collaborators can navigate more smoothly in the complex scenario and become able to always reinvent themselves.
