Industries, business models and mindsets are transforming increasingly fast thanks to technology advancements. It became hard to implement changes and adapt to new realities, but to keep the modus operandi is even worse. After living in seven countries, Daphne has extensive experience in learning processes and people development. In the last five years, she studies agile methodology application, UX Research and Design Thinking. She led the Human Resources at Scale, a 700-employees startup, where she promoted efforts for diversity and organizational culture – taking the company, for three years, to rank Top Three in the Glassdoor Places to Work.
